How hands-off is it really after onboarding?

Completely. Once your onboarding session is done, our team manages all outreach, sequencing, CRM updates, and reporting. Strategy calls are available monthly or bi-weekly, scheduled on your request. You also have the option of a weekly email summary. That's the full extent of your involvement.

What happens during the onboarding call?

A focused 60–90 minute session where we collect everything we need: CRM access, lead sources, your messaging preferences, farm area or target market, and your calendar availability for appointment booking. After that session, we handle all configuration and setup before going live within 5 business days.

What CRM do you work with?

We are CRM-agnostic. Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, LionDesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and most major real estate platforms. If you don't have a CRM, we'll recommend one and set it up as part of onboarding.

Who owns the leads and database?

You do — 100%. We never share, resell, or retain your data. All outreach goes out under your name. Upon cancellation, your full database is exported and returned within 5 business days.

How does appointment setting work? (Tier 2)

Our team contacts your leads via SMS, email, and call attempts using messaging you approve during onboarding. When a lead confirms, we place them on your calendar. You receive a lead brief before each appointment so you walk in prepared.

How quickly will I see results?

Speed-to-lead response activates within 5 business days. Most clients see measurable improvements in lead engagement within 2–4 weeks. Appointment volume builds through weeks 3–6 as sequences mature and reactivation campaigns reach older leads.

Are there long-term contracts?

No. Both tiers are month-to-month with no minimum commitment. Cancel with 30 days' written notice. You can also move between tiers at the start of any billing cycle with 14 days' notice.

Can I upgrade from Foundation to Growth?

Yes — at any time with 14 days' notice. Your database, scoring history, CRM configuration, and all sequences carry over seamlessly. No re-onboarding required.
